Uganda's national STEM talent identification and acceleration platform.
WRO Uganda operates as the national implementation of the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) — a global robotics and STEM education platform. Our role is to identify, nurture, and advance Uganda's most talented young engineers, innovators, and creative thinkers.
We run an annual national competition (2026: Robots Meet Culture) that serves as a merit-based pathway for students ages 8-22. Teams compete at regional and national levels, with top performers qualifying for international competitions.
